Ready-made special industrial mortar, reinforced with polymer components based on the grey cement Portland, aggregates of selected granulometry and special additives for strong adhesion on the surfaces of thermal insulating plates
It is Used for bonding thermal insulating plates from extruded or expanded polystyrene and rockwool, to the external and internal surfaces of buildings on surfaces such as concrete, bricks, plaster, stone, cement, etc. it Is Part of the Certified external thermal insulation system (ETICS) MARMOLINE MONOSIS. It is also Used as a material for the preparation of thermal insulating plates for the next layers of plaster that follow, in combination with appropriate fiberglass mesh MARMOLINE to prevent cracking.
Excellent adhesion on the surfaces of thermal insulating plates
High mechanical strengths.
High Resistance to TIME
High resistance to temperature changes in heat and cold
Ease of application (add only water)
How to Apply
Check the substrate so that it is clean from loose materials, powders, etc.
Mix well, with a low-speed electric drill, a 25 kg sack with about 6 liters of clean water, until a homogeneous sticky mass without lumps is achieved. Allow the mixture 5-10 minutes to mature and stir again for a while.
Apply the FK 201 to the entire surface of the insulating plate at a thickness of 2 -3 mm, with a serrated spatula or with the help of an automatic press, or around the plate and then at selective points in the centre, as long as the adhesive covers At least 40% of the insulating surface.
The placement of thermal insulating plates should be done starting from the bottom of the masonry upwards, crosswise without gaps.
The time of use of the ready mix is 2-4 hours, depending on the temperature of the environment and the season.
-European Directive ETAG 004 for ETICS Systems: Component part of the system MARMOLINE MONOSIS ENERGY SAVING SYSTEMS ETΙCE, approved with the use of insulation plates of expanded polystyrene EPS (RTD 17/0100), and with the use of plates extruded (RTD 14/0214) and MW stone wool (RTD 14/0213).
