It Is used in the application of the technique of three coats, as a final layer of plaster (marble) on external and internal surfaces that have previously been leveled with the base layer plaster (SV 2). Due to the nature and fine granulometry of the marble content of Dionysos (< 1.2 mm) it gives a white and smooth final surface ready for sanding and dyeing. In Special cases the product can be enhanced by adding MARMOLINE MP 20 resin.
Advantages
High durability.
Excellent adhesion.
Resistance to moisture and frost.
Internal and external use.
Preparation Speed-Ease of application.
Excellent workability.
Low water absorption.
Smooth-White surface.
Avoid cracking.
Stable quality.
How to Apply
Apply after the base layer Plaster SV 2 (or TL 2) and after it has completely dried, (15-20 days summer, more than 1 month winter).
Check the surface to be clean and corrode the
Mix well with the hand or cement mixer a sack with the necessary amount of water. This process is simplified by the use of special machines available to the company
Apply the marble to a layer of 0.5 cm thick, and turn it to the bar
Then, after pulling, corrode the surface and turn rubbing with the help of a styrofoam or hard sponge.
The pull time depends on the season (temperature and humidity). In Winter this time can exceed 2 – 3 hours while summer can be about half an hour
For the next 2 – 3 days, especially in summer, a frequent soaking of the plaster is recommended to eliminate the likelihood of cracking
Mixing Water: 8.0-8.5 lt/sack 40 kg.
