The Reliable solution for professionals seeking strong welds of marble and granite slabs on floors. LM 400 ensures maximum protection of white or coloured marbles from stains coming from the substrate. The addition of the MARMOLINE MP 20 resin offers additional strength and elasticity of welding of the marble tile with the substrate.
Unique Product of Marble placement
Resistance to moisture and frost
Ease of application-add only water

Its composition based on white cement ensures the preservation of the color of marbles and protects them from cracks and flaking
How to Apply
Check and prepare the application surface.
Mix with a cement mixer or a special D-20/Flotti machine with the necessary amount of water, until a homogeneous mixture is achieved without lumps. With the use of the single-phase FLOTTI machine (mixer) that the company allocates, the cost of application is reduced.
The MARMOLINE LM 400 Is applied as traditional materials.
For Marble with adhesiveness problems it is recommended to precede the coating of the marble slab with the glue MS 100.
It is Recommended to add ΜARMOLINE MP 20 resin at a ratio of 50% to the mixing water of the sludge, as well as the good washing of marbles and granites before placing them in a clean cement mortar MARMOLINE (GB 30-GTL 30-FLOW 200-FLOW SL 500).
The marbles must be placed within 10 minutes and before the crust is formed on the surface of the sludge.
Special attention should be paid to white marbles, so as not to create stains from any impure mixing water, or wood, oil, coffee, cigarette butts etc. On the substrate
On the outside stairs and courtyards should be avoided the use of bricks behind or under the marbles because over time and moisture the coloring of the brick can pass on the marble.
